Horizon International is one of the leading names in Market Research business, is looking for a Quantitative Account Director to take leadership within a team of the quantitative research business in their office at Casablanca, Morocco.
Main Responsibilities: • Involved in setting of Annual Budget/Plan and its execution. • Strategic planning/ forecasting. • Provide expert advice to client on business strategy and planning. • Translates strategic goals and objectives into specific programs. • Meeting targets and working towards having an overall commercial business focus. • Initiate and/or take an active role in the implementation of corporate programs, which may be necessary to further goal and objectives of the Company. • Supervise quantitative research projects across research teams. • Direct the team's efforts in the most effective use of analytic processes and research methodologies to address client's business issues. • Training & development of the team on operational and research issues. • Formulating the individual staff (manager/executive) career development plan as well as professional development plan. • Recommend personnel actions in terms of recruitment, training, promotion, salary review or disciplinary action. • Co-ordinate and control the implementation of the annual performance appraisal together with General Manager. Requirements: • At least 7 years working experience in research experience in research business at least 2 of which in a management position. • Working experience across multiple product categories using a cross section of market research techniques and products. • Excellent client management, business and account management responsibilities. • Demonstrated management experience, covering both staff and commercial management. • Strong leadership, good people skills, excellent communication and presentation skills. • Experience in working closely with cross-functional and multi-national teams especially business and senior management. • Attentive to details and showing strategic insights in the delivery of research findings. • Fluent in English. French / Arabic would be appreciated. |
