Manager Human Resources (m/f) Morocco plant
Activites: · Responsible for management of the HR department · Ensure required workforce (Recruitment and Selection) · Implement effective employee training · Control and develop personnel administration and payroll · Develop competitive compensation and benefit system · Represent the HR function in the management · Consult employees and supervisors in HR-related issues · Ensuring efforts meet country requirements and expectations, and align to regional and global HR strategy · Actively participate with local Management on the preparing of HR Strategies · Organization Development at the site · Engaging key contributors, HR and business stakeholders in development to drive adoption of policies and processes
Prerequisites: · Bachelors’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a related field · Minimal 8-10 years of relevant working and managerial experience in an international company group · Knowledge of labour law and related issues · Experience with HR information systems · Outstanding organisational and leadership skills · Capacity-building skills to grow team members · Customer-oriented attitude and able to work with a high degree of autonomy and self-drive · Identifying and implementing HR metrics · Strong communication and active listening skills and able to work in a multicultural environment · Manage work and projects across a complex organization · Creative and strategic thinking, goal-oriented · Fluent in French and English · Proactively manage internal customers (top and line management) with counseling in all aspects of HR management ( e.g. performance management, employee development & training, employee relations) · Managing Key HR projects
