mutinational which mainly manufactures and distributes paints is looking for an Accountant Material Admin.
Poste : Your main mission will be to: - Be responsible of prompt payment for suppliers as well as maintaining accurate and timely records within the payment terms. - Answering all suppliers inquiries verbally or in writing, conducting research regarding due billings and delays in payment and resolve it with the suppliers. - Respond to inquiries from colleagues and suppliers and maintain auditable records. - Maintain an efficient inventory - Ensure that appropriate safety equipment are used at all times to secure a safe working environment. Profil : - BAC +4 in Finance, administration, and process with 4-6 year's experience. - Computer skills are necessary. - Mastering english is important and french is necessary. - Effective communicator and team oriented. |
