• Analyse data from surveys and make appropriate recommendations.

Skills
- Degree in Engineering/ HR/ Management School.
- 3 years of experiences (Experience within the HR function).
- Ability to analyse and interpret numerical data.
- An understanding of how the organisation is structured and functions.
- Creative thinking and problem solving.
- The ability to relate to all people in the organization.
- Knowledge of labour law.
- SAP knowledge.
- HR Policy and procedures knowledge.
