Remuneration Analyst

Unilever MAGHREB

Main Responsabilities :


• Submit Unilever Data to Surveys.
• Analyse data from surveys and make appropriate recommendations.
• Participate in ad-hoc surveys.
• Review survey panels and make recommendations.
• Conduct ad hoc reviews of market data based on internal needs.
• Understand market trends at WL1 & Management and make recommendations on changes to base pay and benefits.
• Drive ad-hoc surveys based on business need.
• Design effective, target-audience specific presentations and memorandums to communicate on the various remuneration aspects e.g. briefings, induction, upskilling, changes in legislation.
• Update the website when necessary.
• Drive relationship with service providers.
• “specialist/expert” on writing Role Classification Statements and making recommendations on job evaluation.
• Involved with as and when projects arise e.g. Car Allowance vs. Company Car scheme for Sales Reps..
• Support April Review process.
• Updating and maintaining policy and the website

Skills

- Degree in Engineering/ HR/ Management School.
- 3 years of experiences (Experience within the HR function).
- Ability to analyse and interpret numerical data.
- An understanding of how the organisation is structured and functions.
- Creative thinking and problem solving.
- The ability to relate to all people in the organization.
- Knowledge of labour law.
- SAP knowledge.
- HR Policy and procedures knowledge.
