Qualifications:
• Masters level training in engineering or humanities (or equivalent) with minimum 15 years experience in the field, many of whom performed in the country developing in the areas of training, extension and management human resources in agriculture. • Demonstrated experience in program management training, coaching and agricultural extension and development / capacity building of human resources and professional organizations in the agricultural field. • Good knowledge and mastery of extension approaches and guidance to farmers and farming organizations. • Proven ability in leadership, technical assistance and supervision Takeover (farmers' cooperatives, associations, etc..). • Excellent knowledge of working conditions and regulations Takeover (farmers' cooperatives, associations, etc..) In the Moroccan context. • Proven ability in analysis and resolution of problems and socio-cultural conflicts. • Excellent knowledge of French and English (spoken and written). |
