2G Optimization Engineer

- 2G planning (Tools: TCP) + Site Survey. 
- Preparation of 2G Data integration + Neighbor planning. 
- Post processing of drive Test measurements (Tools: TEMS Investigation + Mapinfo +MCOM). 
- OSS Statistics and KPI analysis + OSS commands preparation for parameter changes. 
- RAN parameters optimization. 

Functional Role Description: 
Analyze technical needs, characteristics and performance of the existing and/or proposed systems and/or to give technical solutions to improve its performance focusing on customers needs, 
Support presales activities, including pre-studies, 
Give technical support to Sales, Marketing, Project managers and the customer, 
Do presentations and participate in technical discussions with customers, 
Participate in customer projects, handling scope, risks, changes and customer expectations, Lead and perform advisory studies and pre-studies, 
Identify new business opportunities, 
Acquisition of data and information related to system performance 
Coordination of field teams working with data acquisition, troubleshooting or implementing recommendations 
Understanding of impact and coordination of improvement activities with network design team 
Network performance investigation and assessment 
Issuing, discussing and/or implementation of recommendations for network improvement Understanding of impact of performance changes in the network and customer’s bottom line
