Instructor - Electrical Engineering/Embedded Systems

Candidates are expected to either hold a Ph.D. in a related field or hold a Master degree and have significant experience in industry. They should demonstrate superior teaching ability and interest in applied research. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to teach at the undergraduate levels, to join existing R&D project teams or start new projects, and to contribute actively to a growing and dynamic environment.

Embedded Systems candidates will contribute to the development of system-on-chip projects and capacity, and industrial support. The successful candidate will be expected to teach undergraduate courses in engineering and physics, to join existing R&D project teams or start new projects, and to contribute actively to a growing and dynamic environment.

Rank and salary are commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salary offers are determined based on a standard grid linked to rank, with a number of additional allowances possible. The very low cost of living in our area make our offers competitive.

The School of Science and Engineering has undergraduate Bachelor of Science programs in General Engineering, in Computer Science, and in Engineering and Management Science. We currently offer four Masters in the areas of Computer Science, Computer Networks, Software Engineering, and Biotechnology.
