As a member of the Country Management Board, You will report directly to the Country & Area Manager. You will contribute to the strategy and decision making processes.
The overall role objective would be to lead the deployment of Country & Maghreb sales strategies, and deliver strategic imperatives adopted in collaboration with sales development initiatives.
Your main accountabilities would be to analyze growth opportunities in terms of cost and profitability yield, and to identify new local business opportunities and determine the appropriate sales channels.
You will be supporting the commercial for Maghreb Region: Morocco, Algeria & Mauritania.
Your main activities would be:
- Meet customers’ needs through appropriate sales channels and expected service levels in each segment
- Secure that products, prices and conditions are appropriate in all the local market segments
- Assure that the company is seen as the best customer service provider within the industry in local market
- Deploy the adequate tools and processes (IT systems, E-Commerce…) in order to support customer needs and contribute to drive down the unit cost to serve
- Implement and monitor major KPI’s tools and processes in line with regional guidelines, making sure to fulfill business requirements
- Report on revenue, margin, market share, sales performance and door-to-door profitability and agree on corrective actions
- Attract, motivate and develop your team (direct reports around 10, Indirect up to 40)
Profile
- You have a university or business school bachelor degree (or equivalent) in business discipline.
- You have a relevant experience, minimum 5 to 8 years in a service industry with a direct sales team.
- You are fluent in English and French
- You show good negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
- You possess a business & market know-how, and e-commerce understanding
