Business Senior Analyst

Location: Casablanca

The billing analyst provides support for the computation of customer invoices as well as managing the partner invoice process for Dell's managed service programs in Europe. This individual is responsible for cross-organization communication and problem resolution in relation to the billing and associated reporting requirements typically on a monthly basis. The billing analyst will be responsible for supporting multiple customer accounts, performing customer billing mainly on a monthly basis.

ROLE TASKS

Billing: Prepares and coordinates the monthly invoicing process for Dell's customers, resulting in timely revenue recognition for the corporation.
Purchase Order Management: Manage, coordinate and reconcile the monthly invoicing receipt from Dell's service partners and serve as a central point of contact for partner billing and invoice reconciliation
SKU Management: Maintain the services SKU portfolio association with the managed services, including SKU creation, cost/price adjustments and tax considerations
Financial Reporting: Provide relevant financial and operational information in support of managed services forecasting, P&L management, and revenue and expense tracking.
Travel: The individual may need to travel 5% of the time or less.

Ability to speak English and French languages.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Ability to build strong business relationships working with multiple internal organizations and customers.

Understanding of financial functions, including billing, invoicing processes, accounts payable, revenue recognition and accrual accounting.

Microsoft excel required, Microsoft Access a plus.

Good communication and influence skills.

Excellent time management and work prioritization skills, with the ability to multi-task.

Prefer Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 2-4 years experience.
